Borderland Heroes
The El Paso Public Library's second annual LibraryCon is coming back to downtown El Paso on Saturday, September 26, from 10AM - 4PM. The event will be free and open to the public.
In addition to LibraryCon, we'll be hosting two pre-events. LibraryCon lovers are invited to join us for Villains Take the Night and our Blue Beetle Movie Screening.
Villains Take the Night
Adults, 21+, are invited to Villains Take the Night on Thursday, September 17 from 7PM - 9PM at the Mexican American Cultural Center Rooftop Terrace. Prepare for LibraryCon with an adult only program that'll include a cosplay contest, crafts, refreshments, and much more!
Blue Beetle Movie Screening
Individuals of all ages are welcome to join us for a Blue Beetle Movie Screening on Sunday, September 20 from 7:30PM - 9:30PM at Cleveland Square Park. Bring your chairs and blankets and watch the first live-action superhero film with a Latino lead! Popcorn and cotton candy will be available while supplies last.
LibraryCon
El Paso Public Library's own Comic Convention will have something for everyone! Comic book fans, gamers, artists, and readers are invited to spend the day with us. You can expect:
